Buy One, Get One Free Sale Conditions

These conditions are in addition to the StickyTiger standard terms and conditions.

How it works

Items must be added in multiples of 2 to receive the discount. These items can be any 2 of the eligible items and do not need to the same item. Where 4 or more eligible items are added to the basket, the website will reduce the overall lowest priced eligible items in your basket. For example, if 6 eligible items are added to your basket, the three lowest priced items will be discounted.  

The discount does not include postage, which is calculated on the total weight of all items in your basket.

The special offer is subject to stock availability. A discount cannot be offered on items that are out of stock. If this is the case, StickyTiger will contact you and you will able to choose an alternative eligible item, or to change the items of your order.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or vouchers, unless it is a gift voucher. The special offer cannot be retrospectively applied.  We reserve the right to end or withdraw the special offer without notice. 

Return of buy one, get one free items

If you wish to return an item that was one of a pair of items in the BOGOF special offer, you may return both items for a full refund of the amount paid for those items, subject to StickyTiger's return policy. If you wish to return one item only, the amount refunded will be the difference of the total price of the order with the item included and the total price of the order without the item - i.e. as if you had never ordered that item.

Faulty item

If your item if eligible for a refund as a result of being faulty, and was purchased as part of the 'buy one, get one free' offer, we will refund you half of the normal purchase price of the item so that you do not need to return the paired discounted item. For example, you purchase item A for £10, and item B for £0 (usually £9) and pay a total of £10 for the items. If item A is faulty, you will receive a refund of £5. If item B is faulty, you will receive a refund of £4.50.
