The term 'StickyTiger', 'Stickytiger.co.uk', ‘StickyTiger Supplies’ ‘StickyTigerSupplies.co.uk’, 'I', ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. StickyTiger Supplies is a trading name of StickyTiger, whose registered business address is Pear Tree House, 7 First Avenue, Nottingham, NG7 6JL. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of, or purchaser from our website.
When you place an order for a product in any of the ways described you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
Copyright and Trade Marks
StickyTiger doesn't give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product nor the right to copy them.
Privacy and Data Policy
Shopping with StickyTiger
To shop at StickyTiger, add your choices to the shopping basket and when you've completed browsing, click on 'Checkout' and you'll be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you've made a mistake in your order and can't correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we'll do our best to correct the mistake as long as the order has not been despatched.
Price of GoodsThe price for each product is shown on StickyTiger.co.uk in UK Sterling and includes relevant UK taxes. We always try to make sure that the prices on StickyTiger.co.uk are accurate but errors can occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
Product AvailabilityWe try to keep StickyTiger.co.uk as up to date as possible but we can't guarantee that particular product will always be available. We may offer you the option of having the product sent to you as a back order (to follow the remainder of your order as soon as the product becomes available) or, alternatively, we'll refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us. Any offers are available while stocks last.
Special OffersOffers may have special terms attached to them and cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or vouchers, unless expressly and clearly stated otherwise. Special Offers, discount codes and vouchers cannot be retrospectively applied. We reserve the right to end or withdraw a Special offer without notice. Special Offers are subject to stock availability. See the details relating to our current Buy One, Get One Free offer.
Placing/Confirming an Order
When you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. In the event that we are unable to supply a particular product, we will contact you and a refund will be offered. StickyTiger reserves the right to cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
For postal deliveries, you must pay for your order before it is delivered and you can do so using Paypal, cheque or Postal Order. For collections or deliveries within Nottingham postcodes (NG2-NG11 or collections, a further option is available to pay by cash on delivery/collection. We will not be able to provide you with your goods if wish to pay by cheque on the day of delivery/collection as cheques must be cleared beforehand. Cheques must be cleared before items are despatched.

If an order is returned by the parcel carrier to StickyTiger as unclaimed or refused, or the address was incorrect, incomplete or not accessible, the order will be deemed as cancelled and a refund will be issued for the original order amount. Further delivery attempts must be paid for by the customer.
Product Returns Policy
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order within 14 days of placing your order provided you notify us in advance. Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy, including perishable items (such as clay), personalised products or those made to order. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. Before returning any item for any reason please contact us by email at returns (at) StickyTiger.co.uk and we will advise you on the next steps.
A non faulty item can be returned within 28 days of the date of despatch, provided you notify us in advance at returns (at) StickyTiger.co.uk. We will advise you on the most appropriate method of returning the item(s) back to us.Please return it to us, securely wrapped, with the invoice/despatch note, in an unused 'as new' condition, having taken reasonable care of it, complete with packaging and all components. You are responsible for the returned product(s) and condition until they reach us. It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage.
Where the item formed part of a special offer (such as multibuys) or qualified for free delivery and the return of the item makes the special offer or free delivery discount invalid, the amount refunded will be limited to the full price of that item less the total discount given. Where the returned item was part of a free item offer (such "Buy 3, get the cheapest free"), the free item must be returned in order to process the refund.
In the event that an alternative item is requested in exchange for a returned item, you will be required to pay packing & postage for the exchanged items to be sent.
Otherwise, we will process the refund within 14 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. In the event that the item is returned in a condition that is not 'as new', a reduced refund may be paid depending on its condition.
Faulty / Damaged Item
If you receive an item as faulty or damaged please contact StickyTiger in the first instance with a description of what aspect of the item is faulty. You may be asked for a photo of the faulty item in the event that a claim is made against the carrier.
Where we have requested that the item be returned, StickyTiger will refund the cost of the return postage by standard class after inspecting the item and confirming the fault. You will be advised on the appropriate method of return postage - refunds will not be made for postage costs of unagreed postage methods. You'll be offered a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. The refund amount will include postal delivery and return costs at the standard rate, unless otherwise agreed. The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned item or from the date that the refund is confirmed where the item is not required to be returned.
